Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)-guided glucose titration can successfully increase the time spent in euglycemic range, reduce hypoglycemia and minimize glycemic variability in very preterm infants during the first week of life. These conclusions from a study were published in the September 2017 issue of the journal Pediatrics.
